We currently have free shipping to all locations in Australia on orders over $85 (AUD). To those who live internationally we have free shipping for you on orders over $115 (AUD).

We aim to have your shipment out of our workshop within 5 business days. We ship our items through Australia Post and will provide you with a postage number so you can track your item on its journey to you. International shipment depends on the location, so make sure you contact us to find out how long it will take and the cost.

We can only fit so much on the ornaments but we do try to fulfil most requests. If we are unable to personalise it the way you were hoping then we will email you straight away and work on a solution together.
